Would recommend for short stay

Spacious room, delightful amenities, including a generous welcome drink that made my arrival feel special, and a fantastic location just a short distance from the airport, perfect for easy travel and exploration.

It was all superb.

Location convenient for markets. Breakfast options could improve for vegans. The hotel offers cooking classes and evening entertainment.

Y’all, my stay here was a real treat! The room was spacious and clean, and I loved that welcome basket they gave me, filled with goodies. The staff were sweeter than honey, always ready to help. Though, bless their hearts, that pool was too dang cold for my liking. I reckon they could warm it up a bit!

Breakfast was just okay compared to other hotels. Surprisingly small bathroom in a big room. Dark hallways during the day. Some confusion with Grab drivers locating the hotel. initial bed arrangement disappointment with no crib for baby.

My stay at The Empress Premier Chiang Mai, Sha Extra Plus was delightful! The room was incredibly spacious and clean, featuring a walk-in shower along with a full-size bath. I especially appreciated the generous welcome gift bag filled with snacks and drinks.

Helpful staff arranged a car to the hospital and stayed with me,, which was heartwarming. The outdoor pool area is spacious, offering plenty of comfy loungers. The restaurant had a lovely view along with decent meal options.

The outdoor pool was too cold for comfort, and I encountered issues with the room safe that required staff intervention. One staff member at reception was a bit rude when addressing my concerns. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was enjoyable.

the only downside was the lack of utensils in our room. but we enjoyed the huge variety at breakfast and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. the pool area was beautiful too!
